Filter your Twitter search results

Yesterday I wrote a list of websites to do twitter search (you can read it here). After I realized that some disadvantages in real time twitter search. Ya too much of noise (spams).

Here is a solution. You can filter the real time search using a firefox add-on.

Clean Tweets is a FireFox add-on which will helps you to filter the twitter search results based on two criteria.

1) By default it automatically deletes tweets from account which are less than one day old. You can also specify your own time period

2)It will remove a tweet if it carries 3 or more trending hashtags. You can also set the number of hashtags.

It also helps you to ban a user by simple click on the cross mark. Look at the screenshots below.

Opera Unite – The next revolution in browser world

Opera Unite a brand new technology from opera which will run web server inside your opera browser (what?!!).

What is opera unite ?

Let me explain in detail. It allows the user to provide the services like chat,photo sharing and file sharing directly from browser to their peers.

So Whats the advantage ?

With opera unite user no need to depend on the third party application to get connect with their networks. Please follow the example below for better understanding.

For example let us consider you need share your photo collections with your friends. For this normally we will use some web applications like flickr ,picasa or any other photo sharing tool. That is , you are depending on some third party to fulfill your need. But with opera unite you can share your photo collection with your friends directly using the server which is present inside your browser.

It is available for linux, Mac and windows.
At present six services were provided for opera unite users.

Ya DownThemAll is a download manager/accelerator Add-on for your Firefox. It features with an advanced accelerator that increases your download speed.

Just click the “Add to Firefox” button at the Firefox Add-ons page. It will be installed in your browser. Then you need to restart your browser to start using it.

When you click a file to download you can see an extra option “DownThemAll!” in your download window. Just select that and press ok

After verifying the location where the file to be saved, press start.

Now download window will open and starts to download.

You can also set some options like maximum concurrent download, Sound options etc.

After downloading a file you will get a cute beep.
