Here is a guide to delete your blogger (blogspot) and wordpress blog.
Delete Blogger blog
If you want to delete your Blogger blog permanently follow these steps
1.Gently sign in to your blogger account.
2.Your ‘Blogger Dashboard‘ will list all your blogs created with this account
3. Click on ‘Settings‘ Link of Respective blog which you want to delete permanently
4. A new page will appear with Blog Setting
5. Click on ‘Delete blog‘ link displays under Blog tools section
6. Confirmation Message will be displayed, Click ‘DELETE THIS BLOG’ to delete your Blogger Blog permanently.
Delete WordPress Blog
If you want to delete your Wordpress blog (Free Blogs) permanently follow these steps
1.Gently sign in to your Wordpress Account.
2.In Dashboard page, Click on ‘Setting‘.
3.Under setting, you can see the ‘Delete Blog‘ and click on it.
4.A New page will appear ‘Delete Blog‘.
5.Then check the box for I’m sure I want to permanently disable my blog, and I am aware I can never get it back or use blogname.wordpress.com again and then click the Delete My Blog Permanently button.
6.The next page will give you a message and ask to check your email.
7.Login to your email account.You should receive an email with a link that can be used to delete the blog.
8.Finally,Click on the link to delete your blog permanently.

but now apparently you can restore back your blog. how do i PERMANENTLY delete them??
