Ubuntu Tweak is a small app for ubuntu which helps you to configure some hidden ubuntu settings in few clicks. Also it helps newbies to add/remove applications easily.
Few days back Ubuntu Tweak 0.4.7.2 has been released. According to the author it has lots of improvements when compared to the last release. Some of the major improvements are.
- Fully support Linux Mint 7 (it is an ubuntu based OS)
- New option to fix root theme
- Ability to update PPA sources from old style to new style
- Some new PPA sources: Pidgin, Moovida
- Loads of bugs fixed
You can download the debian package here.
After downloading double click the .deb file to get installed.
Then you can open Ubuntu Tweak at application > system tools >ubuntu tweak

It is under strong development. So we will get some nice updates in future from Ubuntu Tweak.
