If u Lost or forgotten your wordpress password, easily we can reset it but the only condition is this reset function only applicable for self hosted wordpress blogs.
If you want to reset your password by phpmyadmin, MySQL database administration tool.
Go to your hosting control panal, there is link to access your phpmyadmin.Click the link and get in to the database.
Then find and enter into your Mysql database name and locate the User table(WP_USERS). After selecting the users table, you will need to click the Browse tab at the top, then click the pencil icon next to the password you wish to change.
Type in the new password of your choice in the appropriate input field. Make sure you select MD5 from the dropdown menu. Click go
Now your new password should be saved.Using this new password you can easily get in to your wordpress blog Dashboard.
